HUBUNGAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOTIKA TERHADAP KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN PEREMPUAN KOTA BENGKULU
Abstract
Healthy Indonesia 2025 is a proactive behavior to maintain and improve health and be aware of the law. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between drug abuse and reproductive health disorders at the Bengkulu City Penitentiary. The method used is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is drug users in Correctional Institutions with Total Sampling. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires then performed univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Chi-square, and Multivariate The statistical test used was Multiple Logistic Regression. Most of the results (75%) of adolescents who use drugs experience reproductive disorders p=0.037, OR=7.333. Low education (58.8%) experienced reproductive disorders p=0.022, Most were married (64.3%) experienced reproductive disorders p=0.013, OR= 5.700. Most (72.2%) who use drugs ≥ 3 years experience reproductive disorders. Most (60%) drug users in the psychotropic and narcotics group experience reproductive health problems. Multivariate analysis of the factors that most dominantly influence reproductive disorders is duration of drug use, p = 0.006; OR= 14.927 CI (2.196-101.472). It is necessary to provide an increase in the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) in the City of Bengkulu.
